Caribbean Consultants was formally launched in 1991 as a subdivision of Resort Consultants Ltd. While Resort Consultants (founded in 1984) has served the Caribbean Basin in various capacities including developmental studies, marketing strategy, and sales among its numerous applications, Caribbean Consultants was created to specifically support individual buyers and investors.

George Egosarian, senior broker of Caribbean Consultants, has been involved in real estate, business, and publishing in the Caribbean since 1977. He started his first small business in the Virgin Islands. Like so many others, he felt a deep affinity for the Caribbean and decided to indulge his curiosity regarding living and doing business in the islands. He quickly learned two lessons - first, there were no support groups for outsiders, and second, there were complexities specifically inherent to the Caribbean.

After owning and operating several businesses in the Caribbean including the well-known publication, The Caribbean Report, he emerged in the realm of real estate through contacts with established brokers and developers throughout the islands. After partnering with a well-known international financier and developer the company emerged in early 1990 as a definitive Caribbean-wide resource for comprehensive marketing, real estate consulting and intelligence gathering.

As Resort Consultants began to gain considerable notoriety in the region for its acumen and integrity of service Mr. Egosarian developed his special niche as senior consultant to property and business buyers. He started Caribbean Consultants as a vehicle to address vital support to these individuals. Whereas when he initiated his first start-ups there was no such inter-island resource - he would now offer one. Caribbean Consultants was created to help people gain a genuine understanding of the nuances of this part of the world and be provided with reliable support information.

Over the years he has developed a cutting edge sense for the Caribbean, with an eye for the newest preferred destinations and the latest trend in development.
